Kira is a free tool, in testing, for splitting a shared bill. By using it you agree to the following.
- Kira only works out and shows who owes what. It never holds, sends or receives money, and it can't confirm that a payment really happened. “I've paid” is what a friend says; the person who paid confirms it.
- Receipt reading can make mistakes. The person who paid checks the items and totals before sharing, and is responsible for what the bill says.
- Only share a bill link with the people at the table, and only upload receipts and payment details that are yours to share.
- Don't use Kira to mislead anyone, collect money for something that wasn't shared, or try to break or overload it.
- Kira is provided as it is, while it's being tested. It may change, pause or stop, and bills may be lost.
